Breakfast in hotel. Moving to Valderice to an ancient flour mill and start the cooking class dedicated to the preparation of Cous Cous and other traditional dishes of Trapani area runned by a professional chef. At the end of the lesson, it will be possible to eat what participants have prepared. After lunch, we will visit the medieval town of Erice, with final sweet tasting in one of the most famous “pasticceria” (cake shop). Finally, we will move to Mazara del Vallo to attend the traditional arrival of fishing boat at the pier and the following fish market. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Mazara del Vallo.
