An important fair-cultural event that takes place every Sunday in October in the historic center of Zafferana Etnea (CT).
The protagonists are the typical products of the earth and their derivatives: grapes, wine, mustard, honey, apples and seasonal fruit, Porcini mushrooms of Etna and other varieties. A large space is dedicated to craft products. In the main square there are numerous stands where you can taste typical local desserts, liqueurs, wines, honey, nougat and caramelized dried fruit, pistachio ice cream and many other goodies.
